Instructions for requesting Urgent Support

The ECL Emergency Support System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
Follow instructions completely
You may contact ECL's emergency response team by either of the following ways:
  • Call by phone at 604-266-1124 (or temporarily 778-656-1697) extension 911 and leave a voice message.
  • Send an email message to emergency@eclcomputing.ca or 911@eclcomputing.ca.

Please clearly state a detailed message with the following information:
  1. your contact information: name, company name, and number.
  2. your designated system administrator's name at ECL Computing
  3. your description of the problem including facts, symptoms, and your own opinions.
